Who We Are

Remember Me began back in 2000 when co-owner and founder, Brandon Hyde, provided photography services (as Perspective Digital Imaging and Photography) for Ralph Buckner Funeral Homes in Cleveland, TN via Bartolo and Assoc. advertising.  During this time, Buckner was exploring offering photo memorials in house, but lacked the staff and expertise.  A photo memorial service was created specifically for Ralph Buckner and the infrastructure for what would later become Remember Me was born!

During this time, we experienced our own loss with our family that gave what we do new meaning.  Providing memorials for our own family helped us to see first hand how much a simple gesture of comfort through one of these photo memorials could make a difference.  It was at this point we knew there was a greater purpose in our mission to provide these services and the heart of Remember Me began to emerge.

When my cousin who was like a brother to me, Nathan Russo, passed away, my wife and partner in all of this, Danielle, and I welcomed our first child into the world and we named him Nathan in honor of my cousin.  The moment he was born, a song by Mark Schultz played called "Remember Me" and it became a special moment in our lives.  Years later when my uncle and Nathan's father, Danny Russo, passed away, that same song came on the radio as we pulled into the parking lot of the funeral home.  We knew that "Remember Me" would be the perfect name for the photo memorial service that would later become one of the leading funeral home and cemetery photo memorial services in the eastern U.S..

Remember Me expanded when a friend in the industry suggested using the service as a tool for counselors and sales managers to introduce new clients to the pre-need opportunities available.  It was a match made in heaven as our service has not only provided comfort to countless families over the years, but it has also helped counselors and sales managers with their jobs.

Remember Me is so much more than just a business to us.  It is a ministry and a life long mission to  not only help families who have suffered loss... but also a way to provide a tool for funeral homes and cemeteries to make their jobs just a little bit easier and even more rewarding.  We always strive to provide the best possible customer service to both you and your families because we truly know how loss of a loved one affects everyone involved.

We really do love what we do and we hope we can help you as you consider using Remember Me to provide the same kind of comfort as it did our own family.

God bless you!

All the best,
Brandon and Danielle Hyde
